Terms & Conditions

By participating in any promotion run by the Fat Gripz brand, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Promoter/Sponsor 
This promotion is organized and run by Extreme Iron, Inc., located at 970 Queen St E 98082, Toronto, Ontario M4M 1J0, Canada, Instagram handle: @fatgripz (the “Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
This promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States (and any other country expressly mentioned) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Promoter, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion, are not eligible. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.

3. No Purchase Necessary  
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

4. Entry Period
The promotion begins when the promotion is published and ends on the date specified in the promotion (the “Entry Period”). Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

5. How to Enter
To enter, follow the instructions stated in the promotion post. One entry per person/account unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries from the same person using different accounts may result in disqualification. Use of bots, automated systems, or scripts is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

6. Prizes
The winner(s) will receive the prize as described in the promotion. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be provided unless stated otherwise. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable. If a cash prize is awarded, payment will be made via PayPal only after the winner submits a valid payment request in the required format.

7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner(s) will be selected by random draw or by judging the best entry (as specified in the promotion) from all eligible entries. The Promoter’s decisions are final and binding. Winner(s) will be notified by direct message on Instagram within a reasonable time after the promotion ends. Winner(s) must respond within 72 hours and provide any requested information (including shipping address). Failure to respond promptly may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Taxes and Expenses 
All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each participant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Promoter, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, damages, or causes of action arising out of participation in the promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Promoter’s total liability under this promotion shall not exceed the value of the prize awarded.

10. Platform Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Meta or any other platform that the promotion is posted on. By entering, participants release all such platforms from any liability related to this promotion.

11. General Conditions
The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures or problems with any platform. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms or tampers with the entry process. The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical problems, or any other factor impairs its integrity. Personal data will be used only to administer the promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
